We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment and invoicing providers.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, arrange pickup, delivery or drop-off, carry out and keep records of sharpening and repair work, send invoices and receipts, and contact you about your job.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary with service providers who help us run the business (for example, payment and invoicing services), or where we're required to by law.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Our website
This is a simple website. It may load third-party content such as Google Fonts, embedded Instagram posts or map links, and those providers have their own privacy policies. We don't run advertising trackers on the site.
